摘要
为防止2-118C工作面采空区出现自燃现象,通过分析注氮防灭火技术原理和注氮工艺流程,得出注氮方案设计时相关参数的设计原则,进一步采用Fluent数值模拟软件进行采空区注氮口位置及注氮流量合理数值的模拟分析,根据模拟结果确定,设置注氮口为滞后工作面50 m,注氮流量为2000 m3/h,并在工作面回采期间采空区的监测分析。结果表明:注氮方案实施后,采空区内的CO浓度基本稳定在0.0052%,回采期间无采空区自燃现象出现,注氮防灭火效果显著。
In order to prevent spontaneous combustion in the goaf of the 2-118C working face,by analyzing the principle of nitrogen injection to prevent fire and the nitrogen injection process,the design principles of the relevant parameters in the design of the nitrogen injection scheme are obtained,and the Fluent numerical simulation software is further used for the goaf The simulation analysis of the location of the nitrogen injection port and the reasonable value of the nitrogen injection flow rate is determined based on the simulation results.The nitrogen injection port is set to lag the working face 50m,the nitrogen injection flow rate is 2000m3/h,and the goaf is monitored and analyzed during the mining face.The results show that after the implementation of the nitrogen injection program,the CO concentration in the goaf is basically stable at 0.0052%,and there is no spontaneous combustion in the goaf during the mining period,and the nitrogen injection has a significant effect of preventing fire and extinguishing.
