摘要
目前上海市湿垃圾产生总量大。湿垃圾处理工艺包括中温减量型生物处理、高温减量型生物处理、粉碎脱水处理、堆肥型生化处理、高温快速好氧发酵、厌氧发酵、热解炭化7种。本文以资料分析、现场调研和实际测评作为不同工艺的研究资料来源,在梳理了不同工艺的设施数量(点位)及处理能力和开展运营成本分析和测算基础上,根据上海市湿垃圾处理的补贴原则和企业的现场调研,提出了合理的补贴价格建议。
At present, the total amount of wet waste produced in Shanghai is large.The wet waste treatment process includes medium temperature reduction type biological treatment, high temperature reduction type biological treatment, crushing and dehydration treatment, compost type biochemical treatment, high temperature rapid aerobic fermentation, anaerobic fermentation, pyrolysis charring and high temperature drying.This paper uses data review, field investigation and actual evaluation as sources of research data for different processes.Based on sorting out the number of facilities(points) and processing capabilities of different processes and calculating the operation cost of treatment process at the same time, with reference to the current treatment process operation subsidy policies and management measures, this paper gives suggestions on the subsidy policies for the treatment process operation of wet waste in Shanghai.
