摘要
塑性混凝土具有性能优良、地基协调变形能力强等优点,在其小型水利工程防渗墙建设中的应用日趋广泛。通过科学合理的设计试验,文章客观揭示了塑性混凝土强度受水泥、黏土、膨润土含量的影响规律。研究表明:水泥掺量为160-180kg/m^(3)时塑性混凝土的性能最佳,黏土掺量超过65km/m^(2)时,在达到塑性变形性能要求的条件下应将膨润土产量适当的减少。
Plastic concrete has been widely used in the construction of cutoff wall in small water conservancy projects due to its excellent performance and strong deformation ability of foundation.Through scientific and reasonable design tests,the influence of cement clay bentonite content on the strength of plastic concrete is objectively revealed in this paper.The results show that when the cement content is 160-180kg/m^(3),the plastic concrete has the best performance,and when the clay content is more than 65km/m^(2),the yield of bentonite should be reduced appropriately under the condition of meeting the plastic deformation performance requirements.
