摘要
论文主要介绍通过有效实施职工技能素质提升工程,以制度作保证,以活动为载体,以工作促成效,重点实施训、学、练、思"四步法"对策,促进职工队伍技能水平快速提升,保障企业安全生产。
This paper mainly introduces that through the effective implementation of the skills and quality improvement engineering for workers,with the system as the guarantee,activities as the carrier,work to promote results,focusing on the implementation of the"four step"strategy,namely training,learning,practice and thinking,so as to promote the rapid improvement of workers'level of skills and ensure the safe production of enterprises.
