摘要
我国烟草行业的发展速度持续加快,烟草企业的发展规模也在不断扩大,但是由于烟草企业在长期发展过程中没有对经济运行管理机制进行改革,为烟草企业的发展带来了较多的制约因素,无法促进烟草企业向现代化的方向发展。论文对烟草企业经济运行管理机制中存在的问题进行了深入分析,并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决措施,以期为烟草企业的经济运行管理提供参考。
The development speed of tobacco industry in China is accelerating continuously,and the development scale of tobacco enterprises is also continuously expanding.However,because the tobacco enterprises have not reformed the economic operation management mechanism in the long-term development process,it brings more restrictive factors to the development of tobacco enterprises,which can not promote the development of tobacco enterprises to the direction of modernization.This paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the economic operation management mechanism in tobacco enterprises,and puts forward corresponding solutions to these problems,so as to provide a reference for the economic operation management in tobacco enterprises.
