摘要
岗位胜任力是评价临床医生的重要指标之一,也是医学生未来事业发展的基础。培养住院医师的岗位胜任力是住院医师规范化培训的一项重要任务。本文结合我国医学教育现状,总结了住培医师岗位胜任力的培养目标,并提出了提高住培医师岗位胜任力的具体措施,以期为培养具有临床岗位胜任力的住培医师提供参考。
Post competency is an important index to evaluate clinicians,and it is also the foundation of medical students’future career development.It is an important task for the standardized training of residents to cultivate the post competency of residents.Combined with the current situation of medical education in China,this paper summarizes the training objectives of the post competency of residents,and puts forward specific measures to improve the post competency of residents,so as to provide reference for the training of residents with clinical post competency.
