摘要
本文通过对高职院校现行教学质量评价体系应用情况的调查研究发现,现行的教学质量评价体系在评教意识、评价主体、评价内容与指标、评教目的等具体指标的设置及具体应用上还存在明显不足,并据此提出了完善多主体评教模式、设置科学合理的评价指标、建立有效的评教反馈机制等建议。
This paper studies the application of the current teaching quality evaluation system in higher vocational colleges and found that the current teaching quality evaluation system exists obvious shortcomings in the aspects such as the awareness of teaching evaluation,the subject of evaluation,the content and indicators of evaluation,and the purpose of evaluation.Based on this,suggestions have been proposed to improve the multi-subject teaching evaluation model,set up scientific and reasonable evaluation indicators,and establish an effective evaluation feedback mechanism.
