摘要
组织创新氛围对员工创新行为的正向效应得到了普遍验证,本研究进一步指出组织学习在组织创新氛围对知识型员工的创新行为的影响中有调节作用。香港科学园是科创企业的集中地,本研究以其中从事科创的知识型员工为样本,研究其结果的重要性。
Organizational innovative climate is proven to be positively related to the development of employees’innovative behaviour.This research aims to show that,in this process,factors related to organizational learning can posemoderating effects.Since this research focuses on studying the innovative behaviour of the knowledge workers working in the most reputable high-technology enterprises with basein Hong Kong Science Park,its results give valuable insights for companies’management and government.
