摘要
回转支承是港口大型门座起重机械的关键部件,其运行状态直接关系到港口码头的正常作业。利用EEMD方法及排列熵对实际现场港口门座起重机回转支承振动信号进行降噪预处理,而后对其重构信号加以频谱及包络谱分析。分析所布置传感器采集到的振动信号的可能振动源及其特征频率,通过比对包络谱、频率及特征频率,有效识别出了2台同型号门座起重机回转机构存在的故障,为港口门座起重机回转机构故障诊断提供一种新的检测手段。
As the key component of large portal crane in port,the running state of slewing bearing is directly related to the normal operation of port wharf.EEMD method and permutation entropy are used to preprocess the vibration signal of slewing bearing of port portal crane in actual field,and then the reconstructed signal was analyzed by spectrum and envelope spectrum.The possible vibration sources and their characteristic frequencies of vibration signals collected by sensors were analyzed.Through the specific envelope spectrum,frequency and characteristic frequency,the faults of two gantry cranes of the same model were found out,and a new detection method for fault diagnosis of gantry cranes in ports is provided.
