摘要
受疫情形势影响,中亚地区国家在政治、经济、外交和安全等领域普遍出现三大危机。在世界政治和经济发展形势日趋复杂、国际格局进入深刻调整阶段,中亚地区的发展与稳定对我国不断扩大对外开放格局,打造国际和国内双循环发展模式有积极意义。中亚地区自独立以来,在不断探索适合自身发展的道路过程中,多次出现国家或地区政治动荡局面,受疫情隔离限制措施和国际油价下跌影响,经济结构不合理的问题也十分突出。在政治经济形势不利的综合影响下,中亚地区传统和非传统安全问题也日趋严峻。全面了解中亚地区发展进程有助于我国综合研判周边地区形势,有利于在中亚地区推进"一带一路"高质量发展,维护地区和平与稳定,构建人类命运共同体。
ue to the coronavirus pandemic,Central Asian countries have three major crises in policy,economy,diplomacy,and security.As the political and economic situation of the world becoming increasingly complex,the global landscape enters to a stage of profound adjustment.Under such a background,the development and stability of the Central Asia has positive significance for China’s pattern of opening to the outside world as well as international and domestic dual-cycle development model.However,ever since many Central Asian countries gained independence,and as they attempted to navigate a path suitable for their development,there has been much political turmoil in countries or regions.With the isolation caused by the coronavirus pandemic and the drop in international oil prices,imbalances in the region’s economic structure have also been highlighted since the independence of the Central Asia.Under the combined influence of unfavorable political and economic conditions,the traditional and non-traditional security problems in Central Asia have became increasingly serious.A comprehensive understanding of the development process in Central Asia will help us to inform policymakers of the region’s situation,aid in the development of the One Belt and Road within the region,maintain peace and stability,as well as contribute to the construction of a community of a shared future for humankind.
