摘要
本文通过对乙二醇生产工艺中,羰化和两步加氢合成乙二醇生产工艺系统中19种组分含量测定方法的总结,介绍了对液体样品中的19种有机组分的测定方法,将液体样品用微量进样针进入装有分流进样口、双通道DB-624色谱柱、带有双FID检测器的磐诺气相色谱仪N91plus进行测定,样品中的19种组分能够实现较好分离,有较高的准确度,能够较好的满足工艺生产的需求。
Through summarizing the content determination methods of 19 components in carbonylation and two-step hydrogenation of ethylene glycol production process system, the determination methods of 19 organic components in liquid samples are introduces. The liquid sample is injected by trace injection needle into Panno gas chromatograph N91 Plus with a split injector,double-channel DB-624 column and double FID detector for determination. The 19 components in the sample are separated with high accuracy, which could better meet the requirements of production process.
