摘要
心电监护仪为智能型、自动化以及精密性较高的仪器,心电监护仪能够实现对人体的生命体征监测,心电监护仪是对患者进行血压、体温、呼吸及血压等参数进行监测的仪器,医务人员通过心电监测仪可以清楚地了解患者的体征信息,能够作为患者诊疗时的重要依据,能够对于监测结果可以进行显示、分析及储存,能够做到持续不间断对患者的动态生理参数进行密切检测,如被监测人员出现体征异常情况,心电监护仪能够发出警报提醒医务人员及时进行处理,为医生的紧急救护争取更多的宝贵时间,能够在接受到报警信息后及时采取治疗措施,因此心电监护仪一般应用在患者的围手术期的生命体征监测中。心电监护仪已经成为临床治疗的必要设备,为保证心电监护仪能够将患者的生命体征更加准确的显现,帮助医务人员对患者实时监测,需要对心电监护仪进行定时的维护及保养,确保心电监测仪能够保持稳定的工作状态,监护仪的正常使用与操作人员的正确操作及处理息息相关,因此操作人员必须按照操作要求执行,不断进行经验总结,细心耐心的处理仪器、减少人为故障。本文主要对心电监护仪的常见故障情况进行分析,提出相应的维修建议。
Electrocardiogram for intelligent,automated and highprecision instruments,electrocardiogram monitorcan can achieve the monitoring of human body vital signs,electrocardiogram monitor is the patient’s blood pressure,body temperature,breathing and blood pressure and other parameters of the monitoring instrument,medical personnel through the electrocardiogram monitor can clearly understand the patient’s signinformation information,can be an important basis for patient diagnosis and treatment,can be displayed,analysis and storage of monitoring results,Can be able to continuously carry out close detection of the patient’s dynamic physiological parameters,such as the monitored personnel appear sign abnormal situation,electrocardiogram can alert medical personnel to timely processing,for the doctor’s emergency rescue to win more valuable time,can accept the alarm information in time to take treatment measures,so the electrocardiogram is generally applied in the patient’s perioperative life signs monitoring.Electrocardiogram has become a necessary equipment for clinical treatment,in order to ensure that electrocardiogram can be more accurate display of the patient’s vital signs,to help medical personnel to monitor the patient in real time,need to carry out timely maintenance and maintenance of electrocardiogram,to ensure that the electrocardiogram can maintain a stable working state,the normal use of the monitor and operator’s correct operation and treatment is closely related,so operators must be in accordance with operational requirements,continuous experience,summary,careful treatment,patient treatment equipment,Reduce human failure.In this paper,the common failure of electrocardiogram is analyzed and the corresponding maintenance suggestions are put forward.
