摘要
输电线路工程项目通过对整体设计、采购、施工以及运行等全方面的委托管理,能够有效实现对工程质量、进度以及效益等方面的一体化管控。然而,输电线路EPC工程总承包是一项复杂且受多因素影响的系统性工作,传统单一类型的管控机制和内容无法全面覆盖输电线路EPC工程项目管理的各项内容,必须通过梳理输电线路EPC工程总承包的整体管控流程,明确项目总承包过程中的关键内容和核心要点,才能使得输电线路EPC工程总承包合理有序开展。
Transmission line engineering projects can effectively achieve integrated management including project quality control,schedule and benefits through entrusted management of overall design,procurement,construction and operation.However,the EPC general contracting of the transmission line project is a complex and systematic work that is affected by multiple factors.The traditional single type of management mechanism and content cannot fully cover the various content of the transmission line EPC project management.Only by sorting out the control process,clarifying the key content and core points of the project general contracting process,can the EPC general contracting project be carried out in a reasonable and orderly manner.
