摘要
通过对某高职院校进行问卷调查,采用描述性分析及多元线性回归模型对影响高职学生心理健康状态的因素进行探究。研究发现,高职学生的心理健康受到了家庭环境、个人特征及学校因素等三个方面的共同影响;其中,家庭经济状况、人际关系、情绪状态、专业喜欢程度及网络依赖都显著影响在校生的心理健康状况;心理健康自评较差的学生对心理课程的需求更为强烈。学校应给予贫困学生更多的心理关注,通过开设心理辅导课程、改善学生人际关系对在校生心理健康进行积极干预。
Through a questionnaire survey in a vocational college,using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression models to explore the factors that affect the mental health of vocational college students.The study found that the mental health of higher vocational students is affected by three factors:family environment,personal characteristics,and school factors.The family’s economic status,interpersonal relationship,emotional state,professional likeness and network dependence all significantly affect the mentality of students.Students with poor mental health self-assessment have stronger needs for psychological courses.The school should pay more attention to the poor students’psychology,and actively intervene the students’psychological health by offering psychological counseling courses and improving students’interpersonal relationship.
