摘要
职工人事档案是个人学习工作经历、业绩奖惩情况的原始记录,是职工享受保险待遇、认定劳动关系的依据,具有重要的凭证价值.岳阳市国有集体工业企业改制后,大批职工人事档案移交档案中心管理,原有企业档案管理模式已经不能满足档案工作发展的需要.以岳阳市人力资源和社会保障局档案中心数字化项目为例,探讨国企职工人事档案数字化实践过程中的关键问题及实施成效,为档案中心创新管理模式、开展信息化建设提供参考.
Employees’personnel files are the original records of personal study and work experience,performance rewards and punishments,they are the basis for employees to enjoy insurance benefits and identify labor relations,they have important credential value.After the reform of the state-owned collective industrial enterprise in Yueyang,a large number of employee personnel files were transferred to the Archives Center Management,the original enterprise archives management model can no longer meet the needs of the development of archives work.Taking the digital project of the Archives Center of the Yueyang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau as an example,this paper discusses the key issues and implementation results in the digitization of the personnel files of state-owned enterprise employees.The archives center provides a reference for innovating management models and realizing informatization.
