摘要
历史街区作为城市重要的历史文化遗产,其发展状态如何对城市总体的发展及城市特色风貌的塑造具有重要作用。在旧城改造更新的背景下,多地进行了改造更新活动,但一些改造后的街区却出现街区活力不足、商家经营惨淡的状况。该文以合肥城隍庙街区为例,运用文献研究、实地调研等方法对城隍庙街区进行现状研判,分析指出城隍庙街区的现状问题及价值所在,并从区域联动、明确定位、产业转型、环境优化、文化振兴、机制建构等方面提出街区活力再生的优化策略,以期为城隍庙街区未来适应性改建提供一定的策略性建议,并对其他类似街区的活力重塑提供借鉴。
As an important historical and cultural heritage of the city,the development status of historical district plays an important role in the overall development of the city and the shaping of the city’s characteristics.Under the background of the old city reconstruction and renewal,many places have carried out the reconstruction and renewal activities,but some blocks after the transformation are lack of vitality and poor business operation.Taking the Town God’s Temple block in Hefei as an example,using the methods of literature research and onthe-spot investigation,we analyze the current situation of Town God’s Temple blocks,and discuss the current problems and the value of Town God’s Temple blocks,then we put forward the optimization strategy of neighborhood regeneration from the aspects of regional linkage,clear positioning,industrial transformation,environmental optimization,cultural prosperity,and mechanism construction,so as to provide some strategic suggestions for future adaptive reconstruction of Town God’s Temple block,and to provide reference for the vitality reconstruction of other similar blocks.
