摘要
“四史”指的是新中国史、社会主义发展史、改革开放史、中国共产党党史。将“四史”教育与思想政治教育融合具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。当前高校思想政治教育面临体制机制构建不足、课程要求不严、师资力量强弱不均、人员编制不全、学生学习目标设置较低及自我要求不严等现实困境。通过优化教育教学资源配置、采取“固本培元、守正创新”教学方式、提高教师队伍整体质量水平、精确找准学生教育教学定位等对策,有利于实现“四史”教育与高校思想政治教育的融合发展。
The“Four History”refers to the history of New China,the history of the development of socialism,the history of reform and opening up,and the history of the Communist Party of China.It is of great theoretical and realistic significance to integrate the“Four History”education with ideological and political education.It also has profound implications in theory,practice and history.Currently,ideological and political education in colleges and universities faces such challenges as inadequacy in the system and mechanism building,loose course requirements,unbalanced distribution of teaching staff,manpower shortage,low learning objective for students,and lax self-requirement.In this paper,through continuing to optimize the allocation of education and teaching resources,we can adopt such strategies as adopting the teaching method of“strengthening the foundation,keeping cultural inheritance and innovation”,improving the overall quality of the teaching staff,and pinpointing the education and teaching for students,in order to strive for the integration of the“Four History”education with ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
