摘要随着以大数据、人工智能、云计算为特征的数字经济进入新时代,文博行业也逐步引入数字化、智能化新技术,对展出内容、展示形式进行了升级,如博物馆智能管理系统、无人导览系统、文物数字化建档等。目前博物馆的数字化转型多聚焦于文物展品、博物馆空间等硬件条件,而对人在博物馆中的行为与心理关注度不足。在此背景下,进行面向数字化时代的博物馆智慧化升级研究,聚焦博物馆与参观者的行为感知互动,并提出相应的策略,以期为数字经济语境下的博物馆的建设提供思路和经验参考。 With the digital economy characterized by big data,artificial intelligence and cloud computing entering a new era,the cultural industry has gradually introduced advanced digital and intelligent technologies to upgrade the contents and forms of exhibitions,such as museum intelligent management system,unmanned guided tour system,cultural relics digital archiving,and so on.At present,the digital transformation of museums mostly focuses on the hardware conditions such as the cultural relics and museum space,and pays little attention to the behavior and psychology of people visiting the museums.In this context,this paper studies the intelligent upgrading of the museum in the digital era,focuses on the behavior perception and integration between the museum and the visitors,and puts forward corresponding strategies in order to provide ideas and experience references for the construction of museums in the context of digital economy.
