病案质量管理在医疗质量持续改进中的作用研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的分析医疗质量持续改进中病案质量管理发挥的作用。方法本次研究时间节点2018年1月—2019年12月,在此时间段中,前半年(A阶段)为常规病案管理,后半年(B阶段)按照病案质量管理方案改进医疗改进,对比不同方案的作用。结果B阶段中出现不良医疗事件例数明显少于A阶段,在B阶段中,患者以及家属的医疗满意度评分高于A阶段,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病案质量管理是医疗质量持续改进中的重要组成部分,能有效提升医疗质量,减少不良事件的出现,提升医疗安全度,在实际工作中,要对其进行不断优化改进,在实际工作,需要根据医院的实际情况以及医学事业的发展,对病案管理等制度进行完善。 Objective To analyze the role of medical record quality management in continuous improvement of medical quality.Methods The time node of this study was from January 2018 to December 2019.In this period,the first half year(A stage)was used routine medical record management,and the second half year(B stage)was used improved medical improvement according to the medical record quality management plan.Compared the role of different programs.Results The number of cases of adverse medical events in B stage was significantly lower than that in A stage,and in B stage,the score of medical satisfaction of patients and their families was higher than that in A stage,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical record quality management is an important part of continuous improvement of medical quality.It can effectively improve medical quality,reduce the occurrence of adverse events and improve medical safety.In practical work,it is necessary to improve the medical record management system according to the actual situation of the hospital and the development of medical cause.
