汽车蒸发器盖大型塑件注射模具结构优化设计 被引量:7

摘要 对汽车蒸发器盖大型模具进行优化,设计出了1模1腔两板注塑模具。在该模具中,设计了13个脱模机构来实现难脱模部位特征的脱模,包括5个位于定模一侧的机构和8个位于动模一侧的机构。在动模脱模机构设计中,使用了3种机构优化设计方式,分别为:①在滑块上设置侧面顶针,使滑块的脱模阻力减少40%。②大滑块斜T型槽驱动副滑块二次抽芯方式,实现垂直倒扣的脱模。③大滑块弯销驱动副滑块二次抽芯方式,避免狭窄区域设置复杂机构。在定模脱模机构中,使用了3种优化设计方式,分别为:①脱模机构的驱动机构采用油缸外置的方式,模具长宽尺寸减小20%;②在滑块之间使用T型槽连带驱动的办法,实现狭小空间内的自动脱模;③通过多层T型槽驱动,变斜向抽芯为直线抽芯方式,模架的整体厚度减小25%。 The large-scale mold of automobile evaporator cover was optimized,and the injection 2 plates mold with 1 mold 1 cavity was designed.In the mold,13 demoulding mechanisms were designed to realize the demoulding of difficult demoulding parts,including 5 mechanisms on the fixed mold side and 8 mechanisms on the moving mold side.In the design of moving mold demoulding mechanism,3 kinds of mechanism optimization design methods were used;①the side ejector pin was set on the sliding block,and the demoulding resistance of the sliding block was reduced by 40%.②The second core pulling mode of the auxiliary slider driven by the large slider inclined T-groove realized the demoulding of the vertical inverted buckle.③The second core pulling mode of large slider bending pin driving auxiliary slider avoided setting complicated mechanism in narrow area.3 optimal design methods were used in the demoulding mechanism of the fixed mold;①the driving mechanism of the demoulding mechanism adopted the external mode of oil cylinder,and the length and width of the mold were reduced by 20%;②the automatic demoulding in the narrow space was realized through the method of T-groove joint driving between the sliders;③the core pulling in the variable inclined direction was the straight-line core pulling mode through the multi-layer T-groove driving,and the overall thickness of the mold frame was 25%reduction.
