摘要
以2,4,6-三甲酰基均苯三酚(Tp)和2-硝基-1,4-苯二胺(Pa-NO2)为结构单体,通过溶剂热法合成了硝基修饰磁性共价有机框架聚合物,使用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)进行了表征。将其作为磁固相萃取材料结合高效液相色谱检测法,建立了一种测定牛奶中5种氟喹诺酮抗生素(依诺沙星,氧氟沙星,培氟沙星,环丙沙星和洛美沙星)的新方法。该方法的线性范围为0.5~200μg/L,检出限(LOD)为0.25~0.54μg/L,定量限(LOQ)为0.86~1.7μg/L。实际样品的加标回收率为81.4%~90.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.6%~6.3%。
A magnetic covalent organic framework polymer was synthesized by solvothermal method using 2,4,6-triformylphloroglucinol(Tp)and 2-nitro-1,4-phenylenediamine(Pa-NO2)as structural monomers.It was characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),vibrating sample magnetometry(VSM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).A new method for the determination of five fluoroquinolone antibiotics(enoxacin,ofloxacin,pefloxacin,ciprofloxacin and lomefloxacin)in milk by magnetic solid phase extraction combined with high performance liquid chromatography was established.The linear range of the method was 0.5–200μg/L,the limit of detection(LOD)was 0.25–0.54μg/L,and the limit of quantification(LOQ)was 0.86–1.7μg/L.The recoveries were 81.4%–90.3%and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were 2.6%–6.3%.
