摘要
无刷直流电机的机体结构上没有电刷,因而需根据转子位置来决定定子绕组的换相时刻。转子位置可用位置传感器来检测,也可去掉位置传感器而通过其他方法计算得到。无位置传感器位置检测技术能够解决因霍尔位置传感器带来的外部扰动等问题,是无刷直流电机进一步扩展使用范围的关键部分。归纳和总结了无刷直流电机在无位置传感器时转子位置的检测技术,将无位置检测方法分为基于电机反电动势的检测法和信号注入法两大类。分析了各种方法的原理与优缺点,指出了无刷直流电机无位置传感器位置检测技术的发展趋势。该研究为无刷直流电机的发展和应用提供技术支撑。
There is no electric brush on the body structure of the brushless DC electric machine,so it is necessary to determine the commutation of the stator winding according to the rotor position.The rotor location can be detected by the location sensor,or by other methods without the location sensor.The non-position sensor location detection technique can solve the problem of external disturbance caused by the Hall position sensor,which is a key part of the further extension of the Brushless DC motor.The detection technique of the rotor position is summarized,and the method of no position detection is divided into two categories:the detection method and the signal injection method.The principle and advantages and disadvantages of various methods are analyzed and the development trend of the non-position sensor location detection technology is pointed out.This study provides technical support for the development and application of brushless DC motor.
