一种基于循环预分配的电梯群调度方法

摘要 提出了一种循环预分配法,用于对3部10层群控电梯进行调度,调度算法是基于时间最优,即在最短的时间内响应乘客的呼梯请求。为了实现时间最优化调度,将时间等效为距离后进行计算,然后通过预分配消除距离误差。将3部电梯的总距离进行比较,总距离最小的那部电梯就是最优解,将此请求信号暂时分配给这部最优电梯,即预分配。由于这种分配存在误差,所以采集记忆数组中一直保存着这个请求信号,并且不停地循环计算着采集记忆数组中所有信号在3部电梯中的总距离并找出最优解。最后使用TIA-Portal v13软件编程在西门子PLC 1200控制器上对该方法进行了验证,并在虚拟电梯仿真软件进行了评测,加入外选按键记忆数组循环预分配的方法,乘客的候梯时间和乘梯时间相对于直接分配来说都有大幅度下降,运输乘客数量显著提升。测试结果表明,该方法成功地解决了乘客出入电梯耗时的不确定性和呼梯请求的不确定性带来的误分配问题,各性能指标都优于单次分配法,系统运行稳定高效,实现了群控电梯的时间最优化调度。 This paper proposes a cyclical pre-allocation method for dispatching three ten-floor group-controlled elevators.The dispatching algorithm is based on the optimal time,that is,responding to passengers'call requests in the shortest time.In order to achieve time optimization scheduling,the time is equivalent to the distance and then calculated,and then the distance error is eliminated through pre-allocation.Comparing the total distances of the three elevators,the elevator with the smallest total distance is the optimal solution.The request signal is temporarily allocated to the optimal elevator,that is,pre-allocation.Due to the error in this allocation,the request signal is kept in the acquisition memory array,and the total distance between all the signals in the acquisition memory array in the 3 elevators is calculated continuously and the optimal solution is found.Finally,the method is verified on the Siemens PLC 1200 controller using TIA-Portal v13 software programming,and evaluated in the virtual elevator simulation software.Adding the method of cyclical pre-allocation of the externally selected button memory array,passengers'waiting time and boarding time are significantly reduced compared with direct allocation,and the number of transported passengers is increased significantly.The test results show that the method successfully solves the problem of misallocation caused by the uncertainty of the time consumption of passengers entering and exiting the elevator and the uncertainty of the call request.Each performance index is better than the single allocation method,and the system runs stably and efficiently.Time optimization scheduling of group-controlled elevators is realized.
