摘要
本文探索使用硫化锰精矿在醋酸、双氧水体系中浸出制备醋酸锰(Ⅱ),为硫化锰的湿法冶金运用提供一种新的思路。本法中运用氧化还原酸浸脱硫、中和除铁、硫化除重金属杂质、氟化锰除钙镁后经过浓缩结晶得醋酸锰(Ⅱ)产品。
In this paper,Manganese Acetate(Ⅱ)is prepared by leaching manganese sulfide concentrate in acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide system,which provides a new idea for the hydrometallurgical application of manganese sulfide.In this method,Manganese Acetate(Ⅱ)is obtained by means of oxidation-reduction acid leaching and desulfuration,removal of Fe by neutralization,remove the heavy metal impurities by sulfurating,and use manganese fluoride to remove Ca and Mg.
