摘要
装配式混凝土预制构件生产是装配式建筑的重要环节,其产品质量的高低直接影响装配式建筑能否顺利实施。通过调研分析,预制构件成品容易出现外观质量问题、尺寸偏差问题、预留孔堵塞问题等,影响了装配式建筑的整体质量。作者通过分析产生预制构件质量问题的原因,将工厂生产质量控制过程划分为三个阶段,并提出预制构件缺陷的处理措施。
The production of prefabricated concrete components is an important part of prefabricated buildings,and its product quality directly affects whether the prefabricated buildings can be carried out smoothly.Through investigation and analysis,the finished products of prefabricated components are easy to have the problems of appearance quality,size deviation,blockage of reserved holes and so on,which affect the overall quality of prefabricated buildings.By analyzing the causes of the quality problems of prefabricated components,the quality control process of factory production is divided into three stages,and the measures to deal with the defects of prefabricated components are put forward.
