摘要
化工企业要保证化工生产的正常运行,就要保证化工设备的良好,要对化工设备进行定期维护和保养,能够很有效地保证企业的正常生产以及产品的质量问题,同时也降低了化工企业的人员伤亡情况。所以企业如何对化工设备进行深度优化,并做出相应的规章制度,是当前首要解决的问题。文章从化工设备进行维护与检修的必要性、化工设备维护与检查点、化工设备维护与检修工作中存在的问题、化工设备维护与检修工作的优化及创新措施、对化工设备维护与检修工作的展望方面进行分析和研究。
In the process of producing chemical products,chemical enterprises can not do without the use of chemical equipment.In order to ensure the normal operation of chemical production,it is necessary to ensure the good chemical equipment,and to maintain and maintain the chemical equipment regularly.Therefore,how to optimize the chemical equipment and make the corresponding rules and regulations is the f irst problem to be solved.In this paper,the necessity of maintenance and repair of chemical equipment,maintenance and inspection points of chemical equipment,maintenance and repair of chemical equipment exist.The problems,the optimization and innovation of chemical equipment maintenance and repair,and the prospect of chemical equipment maintenance and repair are analyzed and studied.
