摘要
在这个智能制造技术不断发展的时代,我国大型海洋工程装备行业由现阶段落后的制造过程向智能化制造转型已成为潮流趋势。以大型箱梁结构为典型产品,对大型海工起重装备在智能制造转型过程中自动化控制柔性生产线加工精度控制工艺应用、数字化车间智能化管理平台和关键短板装备应用三方面分别进行需求分析。通过对需求进行总结归纳,提出了大型海洋工程起重装备智能制造新模式应用总体架构,为行业后续发展提供思路与依据。
In this continuously developing era of intelligent manufacturing technology,it has become a trend for large marine engineering equipment industry to replace the current backward manufacturing process with intelligent manufacturing.Taking the large box girder structure as a typical example product,demand analysis is carried out in the transformation process to intelligent manufacturing for large marine engineering lifting equipment in terms of the precision control process of the automatic control flexible production line,the intelligent management platform of the digital workshop and the application of key short board equipment.By summarizing these demands,the overall architecture of intelligent manufacturing for large-scale marine engineering lifting equipment under new pattern application is proposed,which provides ideas and basis for the subsequent development of the industry.
