摘要
学术界对中国新型政党制度形成与发展的逻辑进行了比较深入的研究,从而加深了对中国新型政党制度历史必然性与现实必要性的认识;对中国新型政党制度的内涵、要素、特征、功能等进行了比较深入的研究,从而加深了对中国新型政党制度实然的认识;对中国新型政党制度从纵向、横向等方面进行了比较研究,从而加深了对中国新型政党制度优势的认识;尝试将中国新型政党制度与国家治理现代化结合起来进行分析,从而形成了对中国新型政党制度治理效能的初步认识。今后,应从以下五个方面进一步加强对中国新型政党制度的研究:一是加强中国新型政党制度的学理研究,二是加强中国新型政党制度实践创新的研究,三是加强中国新型政党制度七十年发展历程的研究,四是加强新时代中国新型政党制度发展与完善的研究,五是加强中国新型政党制度优势转化为治理效能的研究。
The academic circles have conducted in-depth research on the logic of the formation and development of China's new political party system,thereby deepening the inevitable understanding of China’s new political party system;conducted in-depth researches on the connotation,elements,characteristics,and functions of China’s new-type political party system,thereby deepening the real understanding of the historical necessity and practical necessity of China’s new political party system;conducted comparative studies on China’s new political party system from vertical and horizontal aspects,thereby deepening the understanding of the advantages of China’s new political party system;tried to combine China’s new political party system with the modernization of national governance to analyze,thereby forming a preliminary understanding of the governance effectiveness of China’s new political party system.In the future,we should further strengthen the research on China’s new political party system from the following five aspects:the first is to strengthen the theoretical study of China’s new political party system,the second is to strengthen the research on the practice and innovation of China’s new political party system,the third is to strengthen the research on the 70-year development of China’s new political party system,the fourth is to strengthen the research on the development and improvement of China’s new political party system in the new era,and the fifth is to strengthen the research on the transformation of the advantages of China’s new political party system into governance effectiveness.
