摘要
在经济和社会飞速发展中,国家相关政策的调整为企业的发展带来了诸多的有利条件,但是企业所面临的挑战也应运而生,这些挑战有的是企业内部管理方面的,有的是企业外部环境方面的,而企业投融资决策作为重要的管理内容之一,其直接与企业的经营管理有着密切的联系,这一问题引起了业内人士的广泛重视。本文针对企业投融资决策中的难点问题展开了相应的论述,并提出了有效的解决对策,旨在为同行工作者提供理论参考。
In the rapid economic and social development,the adjustment of relevant national policies has brought many favorable conditions for the development of enterprises,but the challenges faced by enterprises have also arisen at the historic moment.Some of these challenges are related to internal management of enterprises,and some are related to the external environment enterprises.Corporate investment and financing decision-making is one of the important management content,which is directly related to the business management of the enterprise.This issue has attracted widespread attention from the industry.This article discusses the difficult issues in corporate investment and financing decision-making,and proposes effective solutions,aiming to provide theoretical references for colleagues in the industry.
