摘要
目的:探讨“互联网”药学服务对肿瘤患者癌痛的应用效果。方法:2019年1月-2019年12月收治肿瘤患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组给予常规药学服务指导;观察组在常规药学服务指导基础上行“互联网”药学服务。比较两组用药依从性、疼痛(NRS)评分、自我效能(CPSS)评分与生活质量评分。结果:观察组用药依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组服务后NRS评分低于对照组,CPSS各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过在“互联网+”背景下展开药学服务,能够有效提高肿瘤患者的服药依从性,减缓患者身体疼痛,达到理想止痛效果。
Objective:To explore the application effect of"Internet"pharmaceutical care in cancer pain treatment of cancer patients.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,60 patients with tumor were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each.The control group was given the guidance of conventional pharmaceutical service,and the observation group was given"Internet"pharmaceutical service on the basis of the guidance of conventional pharmaceutical services.We compared the two groups of medication compliance,pain(NRS)score,self-efficacy(CPSS)score and quality of life score.Results:The medication compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after service,the NRS score was lower than that in the control group,and the CPSS score was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after the intervention,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pharmaceutical care in the context of"Internet plus"can effectively improve the compliance of patients with cancer and relieve the pain of patients and achieve the ideal analgesic effect.
