Objective To observe the effect of different strategies of femoral artery compression and immobilization after percutaneous femoral cerebral angiography on postoperative complications. Methods From January 2017 to December 2019,120 patients with cerebrovascular disease from Changsha Central Hospital of Nanhua University were randomly assigned to group A,group B and group C.Group A:Press with bare hands for 5 minutes+Puncture side lower limb immobilization for 2 hours;Group B:Press with bare hands for 5 minutes+puncture side lower limb immobilization for 6 hours;Group C:Press with bare hands for 10 minutes+puncture side lower limb immobilization for 6 hours. The complications such as oozing blood, hematoma, pseudoaneurysm, arteriovenous fistula, vagus reflex, lower limb thrombosis and lower limb artery ischemia at the puncture site of femoral artery were compared between the three groups. Results There was no significant difference in postoperative complications among the three groups, and patients in group A had less lumbago discomfort than those in group B and group C.Conclusion After cerebral angiography, the strategy of 5 minutes hand compression and 2 hours lower limb immobilization on the side of puncture may be safe, reduce the discomfort of patients with low back pain and improve work efficiency.
