摘要
针对开关磁阻电机再生制动控制中存在制动电流波动大的问题,提出一种基于电流预测的开关磁阻电机再生制动控制方法。分析了电机制动过程中其对应功率开关的工作模式及相应状态向量的确定方法,研究了基于电流预测的开关磁阻电机再生制动控制的具体设计方法,并对其效果进行了仿真验证,同时与传统变制动相电压占空比控制法进行了对比仿真分析,结果表明,该控制方法相对于传统变制动相电压占空比控制方法显著减小了电机制动电流和制动转矩的波动程度,从而有效提高了其制动运行的稳定性,具有较好的应用价值。
To solve the problem of large fluctuation of braking current in the regenerative braking control of switched reluctance motor,a regenerative braking control method based on current prediction is proposed.Motor brake are analyzed in the process of the work of the corresponding power switch mode and the method for determining the corresponding state vector,is studied based on the current forecast of switched reluctance motor regenerative braking control of the specific design method,and the effect of simulation verification,and compared with the traditional variable braking phase voltage duty cycle control method compares the simulation analysis,the results show that this control method is compared with the traditional variable braking phase voltage duty cycle control method significantly reduces the motor current braking and braking torque fluctuation degree,thus effectively improve the stability of the braking operation and has good application value.
