摘要
研发一种偏瘫患者坐位站起训练用平衡能力评估装置,以提高偏瘫患者从坐到站评估的准确性,更好的指导患者进行康复训练。装置由支撑座、靠背和支撑脚组成,患者从坐到站时评估装置对称感应并显示称量板、平衡测量板及扶手杆的受力重量,可客观评估患者从坐到站动态过程的负重动态平衡,其操作简单,可以解决准确度不高等问题,具有临床应用意义。
To research and develop an assessment instrument of balance ability for sitting-to-standing training of hemiplegic patients so as to improve the accuracy of the assessment for sitting-to-standing of hemiplegic patients and to better guide patients in implementing rehabilitation training.This instrument was comprised of support seat,backrest and a support foot.The assessment instrument could symmetrically react and show the loaded weights of weigh board,measuring plate of balance and grab bar when patients were in the process from sitting to standing.This instrument can objectively assess the dynamic balance with burden of the patient in the dynamic process from sitting to standing.The operation of this instrument is simple.And the instrument can resolve series of problems such as poor accuracy and so on.It has important significance in clinical application.
