摘要
在汽车碰撞测试试验中需要三坐标测量仪建立坐标系,通过空间坐标值的方式来描述试验前后车身结构的变化情况。现采用一种新的工艺方法对原有工艺方法进行替代,以达到释放铁平板资源,提高生产效率的目的,通过理论推理和实际应用证明了该工艺方法可行,可以推广到实际生产中去。
In the process of automobile crash test experiment,a three-coordinate measuring instrument is needed to establish a coordinate system,and the changes of the body structure before and after the experiment are described by means of spatial coordinate values.A new process method is used to replace the original process method to achieve the purpose of releasing iron plate resources and improving production efficiency.The theoretical reasoning and practical application prove that the process method is feasible and can be promoted to actual production in the industry.
