摘要
轻质化工产品在装车过程中会挥发,挥发的油气不仅会造成能源浪费,还会对环境、健康和安全等产生极大危害,因此油气回收技术迅速发展,其中冷凝吸附法油气回收技术最为成熟。近年来中国对油气回收技术愈加重视,在冷凝吸附法油气回收技术上也取得了一定的成果,但是在吸附方面还有一定的优化空间。文中在分析国内冷凝加吸附油气回收技术的基础上,结合车间设备设施改造后的实际使用过程对活性炭吸附解吸工艺的优化进行了探究。
This paper analyzed the necessity of oil and gas recovery in the process of oil product loading from oil depot,conducted the analysis and discussion on four kinds of commonly used oil and gas recovery technology including the absorption method,condensation method,adsorption,membrane separation method from aspects of the principle,characteristics and advantages and disadvantages,and pointed out that traditional conical cowl type jacket crane tube was difficult to achieve good sealing by gravity and get low recovery efficiency of oil and gas.In order to ensure the environmental emission standards and improve the efficiency of oil and gas recovery,Rizhao Port of Shandong Port Group had implemented the pneumatic locking and tight sealing structure transformation on all the crane tubes,adopted the group technology of"desulfurization+condensation+adsorption"to achieve the complete sealed recovery of oil and gas and the goal of safety and environmental protection.
