摘要
目的建立安神类保健食品中非法添加非苯二氮䓬类化合物的快速鉴别方法。方法采用TLC法对安神类保健食品中非法添加的非苯二氮䓬类化合物进行快速鉴别,以二氯甲烷-甲醇-乙酸乙酯为展开剂,紫外光灯(254 nm)下观察。结果薄层色谱快速简便,经济灵敏,斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论该方法快速、准确、操作简便,可作为保健食品中违法添加非苯二氮䓬类化合物样品的快速筛查方法。
Objective To establish a method for the rapid identification of illegally added non-benzodiazepine compounds in tranquilizing health food.Methods The TLC method was used to quickly identify the illegally added non-benzodiazepine compounds in tranquilizing health food,using dichloromethane-methanol-ethyl acetate as developer.The spots were observed under UV light(254 nm).Results The TLC appeared to be rapid,simple,economical and sensitive;the spots were clear,and the negative control had no interference.Conclusion The method is fast,accurate,easy to operate,and can be used to quickly screen the illegally added non-benzodiazepine compounds in health food.
