摘要
采用TLC法对复方参蛭胶囊中的人参、黄芪、红曲、陈皮进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC法测定制剂中人参皂苷Rg 1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb 1的含量。结果表明,人参、红曲、黄芪、陈皮的TLC鉴别专属性好;人参皂苷Rg 1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb 1检测进样质量的线性范围分别为49.93-499.3、47.22-472.2、50.87-508.7μg/mL,精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD<2%(n=6),平均加样回收率分别为100.11%、100.19%、100.28%,RSD<2%(n=9)。研究建立的方法专属性强,简便易行,结果准确可靠,可作为复方参蛭胶囊的质量控制方法。
Ginseng radix etrhizoma,astragali radix,monascuspurpureus went and citrireticulataepericarpium were identified qualitatively by TLC in compound Shenzhi capsule.The content of ginsenoside Rg 1,ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb 1 was determined by HPLC.The results showed thatTLC identification of ginseng radix etrhizoma,astragali radix,monascuspurpureus went and citrireticulataepericarpium was specific.The linear ranges of ginsenoside Rg 1,ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb 1 were 49.93-499.3,47.22-472.2 and 50.87-508.7μg/mL,respectively.RSD of precision,stability and repeatability were less than 2%(n=6),and the average recoveries were 100.11%,100.19%and 100.28%respectively with RSD less than 2%(n=9).The method is specific,simple,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of compound Shenzhi capsule.
