摘要
近些年来,工业制造行业在我国得到了快速发展,并对机械加工零件的质量和精度提出了较高要求。在机械零件加工过程中,借助热处理技术,既能够对加工零件的温度给予科学、合理控制,而且还能够确保零件加工的整体质量。目前,在活柱、缸体、销轴等机械零件加工阶段,热处理加工技术得到了广泛应用,并取得了比较理想的应用效果。
In recent years,the industrial manufacturing industry has developed rapidly in China,and higher requirements are put forward for the quality and precision of machined parts.In the process of machining mechanical parts,with the help of heat treatment technology,it can not only scientifically and reasonably control the temperature of machined parts,but also ensure the overall quality of machining parts.At present,heat treatment processing technology has been widely used in the processing stage of mechanical parts such as movable column,cylinder block and pin shaft,and achieved ideal application results.
