摘要
目的探讨血清瘦素、脂联素水平与精神分裂症患者代谢综合征的相关性。方法本研究采用前瞻性随机试验方法,抽取2019年5月至2020年10月太原市精神病医院收治的精神分裂症患者200例,根据相关诊断标准判定代谢综合征发生情况,统计患者的基线资料及实验室指标,分析血清瘦素、脂联素水平与精神分裂症患者发生代谢综合征的关系。结果200例精神分裂症患者中55例发生代谢综合征,占27.50%(55/200)。发生代谢综合征的精神分裂症患者血清瘦素水平高于未发生代谢综合征者,脂联素水平低于未发生代谢综合征者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间其他资料比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。经Kendall的tau-b(k)相关性分析结果显示,血清瘦素与精神分裂症患者发生代谢综合征呈正相关(r=0.655,P<0.001);血清脂联素与精神分裂症患者发生代谢综合征呈负相关(r=-0.427,P<0.001)。结论血清瘦素高表达及脂联素低表达与精神分裂症患者发生代谢综合征密切相关,临床可考虑通过检测精神分裂症患者血清瘦素及脂联素表达,以预测代谢综合征的发生风险。
Objective To investigate the correlation of serum leptin(LEP)and adiponectin(ADP)levels with metabolic syndrome(MS)in patients with schizophrenia(SCH).Methods A prospective randomized trial was used in this study.A total of 200 patients with SCH admitted to Taiyuan Psychiatric Hospital from May 2019 to October 2020 were selected.The incidence of MS was determined according to the relevant diagnostic criteria,and the baseline data and laboratory indicators of patients were collected and recorded.The relationship of serum LEP and ADP level with occurrence of MS in patients with SCH was analyzed.Results Among 200 SCH patients,55 cases had MS,accounting for 27.50%(55/200).The levels serum LEP of SCH patients with MS were higher than those of SCH patients without MS,and the ADP level was lower than that of SCH patients without MS,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in other data between the two groups(P>0.05).Kendall’s tau-b(k)correlation analysis showed that serum LEP was positively correlated with MS in patients with SCH(r=0.655,P<0.001);serum ADP was negatively correlated with MS in patients with SCH(r=-0.427,P<0.001).Conclusions The high expression of serum LEP and low expression of ADP are closely related to the occurrence of MS in patients with SCH.The detection on serum LEP and ADP expression in patients with SCH can be used to predict the risk of occurrence of MS.
