摘要
本文通过病牛剖检、病原体鉴定和PCR基因鉴定及序列分析,对新疆某牛场疑似传染性胸膜肺炎的牛只进行判定和诊断。剖检病牛可见其肺部的颜色显红灰色,切面为大理石样。胸膜肥厚出血,与肺部粘连,具有胸膜肺炎的特征。结合PCR基因鉴定及序列分析,最终确定了患病牛的病原为牛肺炎支原体。本次诊断的过程及结果可为牛养殖生产和对牛肺炎支原体感染的诊断和治疗提供参考。
In this paper,through necropsy of sick cattle,pathogen identification,PCR gene identification and sequence analysis,a cattle suspected of contagious pleuropneumonia in a cattle farm in Xinjiang was judged and diagnosed.Autopsy of the sick cattle showed that its lungs were red-gray in color,and the cut surface was marble-like.The pleura thickened and bled,stuck to the lungs,with the characteristics of pleuropneumonia.Combined with PCR gene identification and sequence analysis,it was finally determined that the pathogen of the diseased cattle was Mycoplasma bovis pneumoniae.The process and results of this diagnosis provided references for breeding and production of cattle,and the diagnosis and treatment of Mycoplasma bovis pneumoniae infection.
