摘要
[目的]研发悬铃木方翅网蝽绿色防控新产品及其使用技术。[方法]20%呋虫胺可溶粒剂在悬铃木上注干使用,观察其溶解性和传导性,及对悬铃木方翅网蝽的防治效果。[结果]在树干基部斜向下30°打孔施药,3~4 d内20%呋虫胺可溶粒剂完全溶解。对注药树上中下3层枝条采样检测,均检测到呋虫胺,表明呋虫胺在悬铃木中可传导分布。注干施药当年20%呋虫胺可溶粒剂对悬铃木方翅网蝽的防治效果可达到84.54%以上,第2年也能达到一定的防治效果。[结论]20%呋虫胺可溶粒剂对悬铃木方翅网蝽有很高的防治效果,对环境影响小,避免了对人造成意外伤害,具有很大的推广应用价值。
[Aims]Research and development of new green prevention and control products for Corythucha ciliate Say and its application technology.[Methods]Op-10 was adsorbed on bentonite,mixed and stirred evenly with dinotefuran active drug,sodium benzoate and water-soluble carrier,extrudated and granulated,and dinotefuran 20%soluble granule was prepared.Its solubility and conductivity,and its prevention and cure effect to C.ciliate Say were observed.[Results]In the base of the trunk,holes were drilled at an oblique downward direction of 30°,and dinotefuran 20%soluble granule was completely dissolved within 3-4 days.Dinotefuran was detected in the upper,middle and lower branches of the injection tree,indicating that dinotefuran could be conducted in sycamore tree.The experimental results showed that the prevention and treatment effect of dinotefuran 20%soluble granulant in the year of dry application could reach more than 84.54%,and the average prevention and treatment effect in the second year could reach more than 44.09%.[Conclusions]Dinotefuran 20%soluble granulant has a high prevention and treatment effect on C.ciliate Say,which has little impact on the environment and avoids accidental injury to human beings.Therefore,it has great promotion and application value.
