摘要
针对矿用云台摄像仪的本质安全型电机硬件电路进行了研究分析与设计实现,通过对该摄像仪步进电机驱动控制系统的驱动电路、保护电路和电感电路能量控制的计算分析,设计了驱动电路板和保护电路板,测试结果表明,能量释放时间与实际测试能量释放时间基本一致,同时保护电路能完全将电感储存的能量释放完成,使得保护电路可以有效保护驱动系统在断路时不会被步进电机储存的能量破坏。
The research analysis and design implementation of the intrinsically safe motor hardware circuit of the mining gimbal camera was carried out,through the calculation and analysis of the drive circuit,protection circuit and inductor circuit energy control of the stepper motor drive control system of this camera,the drive circuit board and protection circuit board were designed,the test results showed that the energy release time was basically consistent with the actual test energy release time,while the protection circuit can completely release the energy stored in the inductor to complete,which can effectively protect the drive system from being destroyed by the energy stored in the stepper motor in the event of a break.
