基于ADAMS的整车建模及转向回正性仿真 被引量:3

Vehicle Modeling and Simulation Optimization of Steering and Reversion Based on ADAMS

摘要 针对某款重型牵引车出现转向回正困难现象,利用ADAMS/Car模块建立整车动力学模型,将虚拟样机的转向回正性仿真实验和转向轻便性仿真实验数据与实车试验数据进行对比,发现数据曲线吻合度高,验证了整车模型的正确性。利用ADAMS/Insight对整车转向回正性能仿真分析,设主销内倾角和主销后倾角的硬点坐标值为变量,优化目标是残余横摆角速度,仿真优化结果使残余横摆角速度从原来的7.7(°)·s^(-1)减小为5.5(°)·s^(-1),满足国标要求,有效改善了整车的转向回正性能。 Aiming at the difficult for a heavy tractor to turn back,the module of ADAMS/Car vehicle dy⁃namics model was established.The shift back to positive simulation experiment data,steering portabili⁃ty simulation experiment and real vehicle experiment data were compared.The data curve coincidence is high,which verifis the validity of the whole vehicle model.The steering positive performance of the vehicle were simulated and analyzed by using ADAMS/Insight,the hard point coordinate values of the internal inclination angle of the main pin and the post-obliquity angle of the main pin were set,and the simulation optimization results shows that the residual yaw angular velocity reduces from the original 7.7(°)·s^(-1) to 5.5(°)·s^(-1),which meet the national standard requirements and improves the steering posi⁃tive performance of the vehicle effectively.
