摘要
高校新入职教师教学技能培训是适应新时代教育发展的需要,是教师专业化发展及教学专业化发展的需要。以2019年齐鲁师范学院组织的山东省省属高校新入职教师教学技能培训为例,对高校新入职教师教学技能培训进行分析,提出培训的目标任务,设计支撑培训目标达成的课程整体框架体系,并对培训过程及效果进行总结,就学员的培训需求、培训的组织实施、培训模式等方面进行了反思。
The teaching skills training of new teachers in colleges is to meet the needs of educational development in the new era,and the needs of teachers and teaching professional development.Taking the teaching skills training of new teachers in Shandong provincially-administrated colleges organized by Qilu Normal University in 2019 as an example,the training is analyzed.This paper put forward the objectives and tasks of the training,designed the overall curriculum framework system for supporting the achievement of training objectives,summarized the training process and effects,and reflected on the training needs,training organization and implementation,training model and other aspects.
