摘要
目的探讨人性化护理+健康教育对糖尿病肾病患者自我效能、心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月-2020年1月期间收治的90例糖尿病肾病患者,按照随机数表法分为两组,对照组(n=45)实施常规护理,观察组(n=45)应用人性化护理+健康教育,分析护理前后血糖水平、SAS评分、SDS评分、自我效能感评分、生活质量评分。结果观察组护理后FBG为(5.88±1.37)mmol/L,2 hPG为(8.69±2.03)mmol/L,HbAlc为(6.58±1.16)%,SAS评分为(35.28±3.36)分,SDS评分为(32.17±3.14)分,较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自我效能感评分中预防与异常处理、足部护理、规律运动、血糖监测、饮食控制、遵医嘱用药,生活质量评分中心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、生理功能、角色功能,较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病肾病患者应用人性化护理+健康教育可改善患者血糖水平,减轻焦虑抑郁情绪,提高自我效能感与生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing+health education on the self-efficacy,mental state and quality of life of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods Ninety patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected from January 2018 to January 2020.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=45)received routine nursing care,and the observation group(n=45)applied humanized nursing+health education to analyze blood glucose levels,SAS scores,SDS scores,self-efficacy scores,and quality of life scores before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the FBG of the observation group was(5.88±1.37)mmol/L,2 hPG was(8.69±2.03)mmol/L,HbAlc was(6.58±1.16)%,SAS score was(35.28±3.36)points,and SDS score was(32.17±3.14)points,lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);prevention and abnormal handling,foot care,regular exercise,blood glucose monitoring,diet control,medication according to doctor's prescription in self-efficacy score,mental function and body in quality of life score,social function,physiological function,and role function were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing+health education to patients with diabetic nephropathy can improve the blood glucose level of patients,reduce anxiety and depression,and improve self-efficacy and quality of life.
