摘要
胰腺导管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤(intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm,IPMN)是一类累及主胰管或分支胰管的产黏液肿瘤,同时缺乏黏液性囊腺瘤的特征,IPMN有进展为胰腺导管腺癌的可能,目前很多研究都在探讨IPMN的发病机制及其诊断,并取得了进展,然而对其手术适应证及其手术方式并没有完全的统一。本文从流行病学、分类、恶性程度评估、外科治疗及预后等方面对IPMN的治疗进展进行探讨。
Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm(IPMN)of the pancreas is a kind of mucinous tumor involving the main pancreatic duct or branch pancreatic duct,and lacks the characteristics of mucinous cystadenoma.IPMN may progress to pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.At present,many studies are exploring the pathogenesis and diagnosis of IPMN,and have made progress.However,there is no complete unification of its surgical indications and surgical methods.In this paper,the progress of IPMN treatment was discussed from the aspects of epidemiology,classification,malignancy evaluation,surgical treatment and prognosis.
