摘要
目的评价无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝围手术期实施护理的效果。方法将2018年11月至2020年11月我院收治的腹股沟斜疝患者220例作为研究对象,按随机数字表的方式分组(观察组与对照组各110例)。对照组行普通护理,观察组行优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患者的心理状态及依从性评分优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组患者并发症发生率是3.64%,低于对照组的27.27%,P<0.05。观察组患者护理满意度是97.27%,高于对照组的79.09%,P<0.05。结论对无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝患者围手术期实施优质护理,既能促进手术顺利进行,还能促进患者快速康复,提高护理满意度。
Objective To evaluate the effect of tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of perioperative nursing for indirect inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 220 patients with indirect inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were taken as the research objects,and they were grouped according to a random number table(the observation group and the control group each had 110 cases).The control group received general nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The mental state and compliance scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.64%,which was lower than 27.27%in the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 97.27%,which was higher than 79.09%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing during the perioperative period of tension-free hernia repair for patients with indirect inguinal hernia can not only promote the smooth progress of the operation,but also promote the rapid recovery of patients and improve nursing satisfaction.
