摘要
微孔曝气因其较高的氧传质效率成为城镇污水处理厂好氧生物处理系统中最常用的曝气技术之一。文中综述了影响微孔曝气氧传质效率的因素,包括工艺条件、污水水质条件、环境因素等。但是,在长期运行过程中,微孔曝气器的污染成为对氧传质效率影响最大的因素。文中对累积于微孔曝气器表面及气孔内的生物污染、有机污染和无机结垢的形成原因进行了总结,探讨其污染机理,以期为微孔曝气系统在污水处理厂的优化运行提供指导。
Fine-bubble aeration has become one of the most commonly used aeration technologies in aerobic biological treatment system of municipal wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)due to its high oxygen transfer efficiency.This paper reviews the factors that affect oxygen mass-transfer efficiency of fine-bubble aerators,including process conditions,wastewater quality and environmental factors.However,during long-term operation,the fouling of fine-bubble aerators is the most significant factor affecting oxygen mass-transfer efficiency.The reasons for biological fouling,organic fouling and inorganic scaling accumulated on the surface and inside the pores of fine-bubble aerators are summarized.Fouling mechanism is also discussed to provide guidance for the optimized operation of finebubble aeration system in municipal WWTPs.
