摘要
为应对焦炭成本居高不下,八钢成立了区域资源最大化利用配煤攻关组。在保证焦炭质量满足高炉生产的前提下,通过改变工艺条件在60kg试验焦炉、工业焦炉开展炉孔试验研究,通过几个月配煤攻关推进,最终低品质焦煤大比例应用到生产中,使得疆内低品质焦煤配加比例阶段性达到较高水平。
In order to cope with the high cost of coke,the group of regional resources maximization utilization of coal blending was established in Bayi Steel.On the premise of ensuring the coke quality meets the production of blast furnace,through changing the technological conditions,the furnace hole test research is carried out in 60 kg test coke oven and industrial coke oven.Through several months of coal blending,the large proportion of low-quality coking coal is applied to production,which makes the proportion of low-quality coking coal to a higher level.
