摘要目的探讨压疮风险门罗评估表在预防腹腔镜下广泛全子宫切除术患者压疮中的应用效果。方法选择2018年5月~2019年4月中山市博爱医院收治的60例采用常规压疮评估方法期间行腹腔镜下广泛全子宫切除术的患者作为对照组,选择2019年5月~2020年4月中山市博爱医院收治的60例采用压疮风险门罗评估表期间行腹腔镜下广泛全子宫切除术患者作为观察组。比较两组的压疮发生情况,并调查患者对手术室压疮满意度。结果观察组的压疮总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论压疮风险门罗评估表在预防腹腔镜下广泛全子宫切除术患者压疮中的应用效果良好,采用门罗评估表对手术患者进行术前、术中和术后评估,能够减少压疮发生,有效保障患者安全,从而提升患者满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of Munro pressure ulcer risk assessment scale(Munro scale)in the prevention of pressure ulcer in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical hysterectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients admitted to Bo′ai Hospital of Zhongshan from May 2018 to April 2019 who underwent laparoscopic extensive total hysterectomy during the period of conventional pressure ulcer assessment were selected as the control group.A total of 60 patients admitted to Bo′ai Hospital of Zhongshan from May 2019 to April 2020 who underwent laparoscopic extensive total hysterectomy during the period of Munro scale were selected as the observation group.The incidence of pressure ulcers in the two groups was compared,and the satisfaction of patients with pressure ulcers in the operating room was investigated.Results The total incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Munro scale in the prevention of pressure ulcers in patients undergoing extensive laparoscopic total hysterectomy has a good effect.The application of Munro scale for preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative evaluation of patients undergoing surgery can reduce the occurrence of pressure ulcers,effectively guarantee patient safety,and thus improve patient satisfaction.
